How is the crystal attached to the base of the bottle?

 

The crystal is securely attached by a 304 Food Grade Stainless Steel clasp which holds the crystal in place. No glue or adhesives are used to manufacture the bottle. The bottle is BPA Free and Toxic-Free.

Where do you ship to?

We ship Worldwide, We do make few exceptions with remote locations such as Islands, etc. If your location is not automatically served in the checkout please send us an email and we might be able to help you with your unique solution.

 

 

shipping and delivery times are extended beyond our usual standards. We assure you that our team is working swiftly and safely to make, pack, and ship your order as soon as possible, but orders may take up to 5-7 business days to ship out. We greatly appreciate your support and patience and ask that you only reach out to our Customer Service team if you have not received a tracking number after 10 days from when your order is placed. 

 

Shipping and Order Fulfillment Parameters:

 

 

No substitutions or order changes once an order has been submitted.

We cannot cancel orders once they have been submitted.

Any purchases will adhere to our standard 15 days return policy. Because safety and cleanliness are of the utmost importance, there will be No Returns or Exchanges on Open Shipped products. This precaution has been put in place to ensure the safety of all our customers. Fully packaged/sealed/unopened items may be returned within 15 days. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs to return.

When you buy directly from us, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re less than 100% satisfied, you may return or exchange any item(s) provided they are unopened and unused within 15 days after your purchase. Please a contact customer service team member if your order is unsatisfactory or doesn’t suit your needs. We want to make it right for you, as quickly and easily as possible. Fill out the return info on the back of your packing slip.

 

Want to exchange it for the same or a different product? Let us know within 15 days of your purchase.

 

Step 2

 

Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx, or any other traceable method. We encourage you to insure your package.

Please allow 15 days for us to receive and process your return. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We'll credit or refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you were charged less the original shipping charges. Please contact Customer Relations for more information regarding our return policies. Credit card adjustments should appear within two billing cycles.

 

Within 15 days of receipt, we will refund the original form of payment for online and phone purchases. Credit card refunds should appear within 5 to 10 business days on your online statement after they are processed.

Any returns after 15 days of purchase will not be accepted.
